I found this horrific image on Alba Hodsoll’s Instagram page, one of Ray Chandler’s friends on Instagram. Ray Chandler is one of Jeffry Epstein’s Lolita girls.  The first thing I thought after finding this picture was Planned Parenthood.

We have our findings on the child-trafficking militarized complex which is ruling governments of the world, and with regard to recent arrests, indictments, damning information found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop, revelations on Laura Silsby, the infamous connections of Clinton Foundation, and many trafficking groups and most recently; the Allison Mack’s disclosure for the FBI, we know for a fact that children are openly trafficked in higher places and powerful societies.

But the numbers don’t sum up to me and we very well know an old saying which says: Numbers don’t lie.

According to the National Center For  Missing and Exploited Children NCMEC, 800,000 children are missing in the U.S. each year. That makes almost 2195 children a DAY. It is huge. It is horrendous but yet, the numbers of these hearts in the pie, don’t sum up. There are nine visible baby hearts in this pie.

I searched for the real measurements and anatomy of a Newborn or late-term pre-born baby on Pediatric websites and the result was: Located almost in the center of the chest, the heart of a child is about the size of his fist.

Now, considering the fact that the hearts in the pie are roasted, the size is correct. These hearts should belong to just born or very late-term pre-born babies. Besides when there are other channels to traffick older children, for those occasions that the intention is just sacrifice and using the blood, a just born baby satisfies the requirements of occultists. Keeping them alive for a few more months and risking the noise and the difficulties might not be an option.

But again, late-term pre-borns are still a better choice for them.

So, back to our main argument which is my cynicism on Planned Parenthood, let’s ask our question again.

Does Planned Parenthood have access to born babies?

Or does Planned Parenthood make any suggestions to pregnant women to abort their babies at final terms?

We need to know more about Planned Parenthood’s background.

Here is a video in which an undercover James O’keefe of Project Veritas presents himself as a pimp in Planned Parenthood and asks the PP agent if they abort babies carried by their 14-year-old pregnant prostitutes and also asks guidance on how these 14-year-old sex slave prostitutes can be able to go back to work immediately. He clearly informs the agent of their illegal age and illegal business. The agent guides the fake pimp, to use the girls in a “waist up” position after abortion.

This was the beginning of 2011 when Lila Rose of Live Action and James O’Keefe of Project Veritas set up a sting where O’Keefe pretended to be the pimp of a pregnant 15-year-old prostitute played by Rose. The workers at Planned Parenthood were very willing to provide underage abortions. The rest of the videos were made by other undercover reporters of the Center for Medical Progress mutually working with Live Action which launched 10 videos in 2013. Another 14 videos were published in July 2017.

When a care provider is informed of trafficking children by a pimp and does not report to the law enforcement, that is participation in sexually exploiting children and is considered as a second-degree involvement in child trafficking.

 

So, sex trafficking promotion is one of the “services” that PP offers. Although in order to not letting PP look bad and involved, the incident was called “isolative” and the employee had to resign after this video went viral, but considering several videos by Live Action undercover agents David Robert Daleiden and Sandra Merritt; and the secrets they revealed recording several high-rank responsible agents in PP, we see a creepy movement of second-degree trafficking, encouraging horrific sex indoctrinations and completely neglecting the crime by calling it “consensual”, is an education pattern in Planned Parenthood centers.

In the next video, on different occasions, doctors and agents in Planned Parenthood start a conversation on a subject that the 15-year-old teen interviewer never asked for. PP doctors do this to every teen who puts his/her feet inside Planned Parenthood and the subject is BDSM sex and trying rough disciplines with whip, clamps, pain, and blood at the age of 15 with another underage teen.

They ask teens if they have participated in BDSM bondage sex and they start to educate them in a very positive light. One of them even refers to blood and says “you may use tools and clamps being ties to bed or tree and there may be even some blood which is not important”

Here the clinician even goes further and with all details of her “50 shades of gray” preference kind of sex, promotes domination, and sadomasochism (BDSM) in a very graphic language to a 15-year-old teen and coaches the minor on how to engage in violent and harmful acts — whipping, bondage, and “dominatrix stuff” — and advises her to watch pornography online, introducing her the name of porn website. The Planned Parenthood agent insists on the “taking pain” part of sadomasochism and encourages the girl to inflict pain on her sexual partner, who is another underage teen.

According to Live Action: “Live Action has investigated Planned Parenthood’s cover-up of child sexual abuse and sex-trafficking, medical misinformation, lies and manipulation, infanticide, acceptance of racially-motivated donations, and willingness to target preborn girls for sex-selective abortions.”

 

I assume some of you may be pro-abortion as a woman’s right to decide. Here we are not discussing whether or not this ideological belief is accurate. The focus here is; Planned Parenthood is by no means what it seems to be. PP is a giant “industry” of sex indoctrination aimed to desensitize the youth and sexualizing them from childhood. Planned Parenthood is a social-engineering element placed into the culture as a medical clinic but it is not actually a medical clinic. With the huge sum of money spent, Planned Parenthood takes the society to defabricate all norms that a traditional society has stood for.

St. Mary’s County Library in Maryland contracted a Planned Parenthood certified instructor to put on a pornographic sex workshop for teens—no parents allowed. When mother Kathleen Crank tried to enter the class, she was arrested for trespassing. It all began when local parents heard about the class and began researching the instructor. What they found was the exact opposite of the type of person they wanted teaching their kids about sex. Parent-led protest site Creepy Library reported:
The instructor, Bianca Palmisano, was the keynote speaker of SlutWalk in 2013 where she promoted the sex toy shop she worked at the time, saying it was a place, “where polyamorous leather dykes could hang out with kinky bisexuals and couples and compare notes with lifelong swingers, and still welcome those just beginning to explore their sexuality. We host workshops twice a month, bringing in speakers from across the country to share their expertise on everything from blowjobs to threesomes to rough sex.”

The class, taught by Palmisano for minors, included handing out samples of lubricants and condoms. No parents were able to report the content of her messaging.

She later wrote about it on her blog: “I talk about anal sex, I believe abortion should be legal and accessible and I don’t believe that we need to hide the complexities of sexuality from our young people.”

Palmisano also teaches BDSM classes. It is not known if she talked about that in the library, but we do know that Planned Parenthood trains its teachers to tell minors they can have a “healthy BDSM relationship.” This kind of education is the last thing most parents want for their children. Parents who object to such graphic and fringe teaching liken it to grooming their children for sexual abuse. Despite constant pushing by Hollywood, BDSM is still a fringe fetish fraught with dangers that should not be tried by minors. Moira Greyland, daughter of famous gay parents Walter Breen and Marion Zimmer Bradley, recently penned The Last Closet: The Dark Side of Avalon about her abusive childhood. Greyland’s perspective on sexualizing children is an important one as she was sexually abused and has extensive experience with sexual predators. I sent Greyland Planned Parenthood’s sex-ed materials that are directed at children and asked for her reaction to them.”

 Seems arresting parents for objecting to sexualizing their children at school is becoming pretty common because, in another incident, published on HuffingtonPost, Dailymail Uk, Gateway Pundit, and WND titled; “Dad handcuffed for protesting graphic-sex book” we see another dad is arrested for objecting against sexualizing children. A parent who complained about a book assigned to his daughter at Gilford High School in Gilford, New Hampshire, was arrested and taken away in handcuffs from a school board meeting for refusing to “be quiet” when repeatedly admonished by a board member.

William Baer, whose ninth-grade daughter last week was assigned the book “Nineteen Minutes,” came to the meeting to protest the book’s assignment and the district’s failure to notify parents the book contained graphic descriptions of “rough sex” between teens.

According to the Laconia Daily Sun, Baer challenged the board to read aloud the controversial portion of “Nineteen Minutes” during the meeting, but school officials refused.

 

Before speaking, Baer was told he had two minutes to speak.
Baer spoke beyond the time limit and sat down but then exchanged words with another parent who approved of the book.

“So what is the remedy here?” Baer asked
The board said it would not take questions on the matter.

“Sir, would you please be respectful of the other people?” a school board member responded.
“Like you’re respectful of my daughter, right? And my children?” he countered.

“Please, be quiet,” admonished the board member.
A police officer then arrived at the scene, instructing Baer to leave with him.

“You are going to arrest me because I violated the two-minute rule?” the father said. “I guess you are going to have to arrest me.”
But Baer did get support from other parents.

Sarah Carrignan said, according to the Sun, that she was “‘utterly appalled that this was acceptable.”
“My son should never have had the book in his hand.”

Part of the problem was that when the book was used previously in the school, parents were notified and asked for permission for their children to participate.

The school this year didn’t notify parents until after students already were assigned the book and given access to the material.

Gilford Police Lt. James Leach, who was at the meeting, ordered Baer to leave the meeting and then handcuffed the parent. Reports say Baer was ticketed for disorderly conduct.

The report said Baer had challenged Principal Kent Hemingway to read aloud the controversial section. But board chairman Sue Allen said no one from the board or administration would do that.

“Nineteen Minutes,” published in 2007 by best-selling author Jodi Picoult, was described by a reviewer on Good Reads as not having “the artistic writing that Picoult’s earlier novels did.”

“In ‘Nineteen Minutes,’ Picoult told a story – a good one. But the nuance and magic of her earlier writing is gone,” the review said. It’s about, “Peter Houghton, picked on by schoolmates from the first day of kindergarten, enters Sterling High, and in nineteen minutes kills ten and wounds another nineteen students.”

The reviewer recommended it “for someone desperate for anything to read.”
Hemingway and Allen defended the book as a “thematically important” exploration into the background and motivations of a fictional school shooting, despite a graphic description of teenage rough sex on page 313 that suggests the type of violence commonly associated with “date rape.”

The Leader reported Allen later issued a statement concerning the assignment: “The board apologizes for the discomfort of those impacted and for the failure of the school district to send home prior notice of assignment of the novel.”

The statement said the “school district policies IGE, IJ, IJA, KEC (available on the school district website) refer to the procedures for the use of novels controversial material.”

“The district will take immediate action to revise these policies to include notification that requires parents to accept controversial material rather than opt-out. Furthermore, the notification will detail more specifically the controversial material. These policies will be revised prior to the 2014-15 school year.”

Baer said there were two standards being applied, one for teachers requiring students to read such material and a separate standard for the public.

“If I stood outside the school and started handing out copies of page 313 of that book, I am confident I could be arrested for the distribution of pornographic material to minors,” Baer said. “I don’t understand why it’s OK for the high school to require our 9th-grade children have to read such material, but I get arrested because I want to object to it. Something here is very wrong.”

Gilford police released a statement that Baer was arrested for continuing to speak after Allen told him to stop.
“Baer refused to stop and told Leach to arrest him,” the police statement continued. “Baer was removed from the meeting and arrested.”

Baer was held for a couple of hours before being released on $700 personal recognizance bail.
Police said Baer has a court date set for June 17 at 8:15 a.m.

Baer told WND he first found out about the novel when a friend scanned the book and came across page 313.
“My friend was flabbergasted with what he was reading,” Baer recalled. “Then my wife came into the room and she was shocked our daughter was being assigned in an English class to read a novel with this kind of graphic sex described.”
He contacted other parents and then was contacted by the principal, with an invitation to meet to discuss concerns.
“We met at 1 p.m. yesterday. I told him that my daughter had the book in her hands for a week and I never got a notice from the school asking my permission for her to read it. He said it was an oversight because the book has been on the school’s class reading list since it came out in 2007. I explained that I felt I should have gotten a notice where I could have opted-out from my daughter having to read the book.”

Baer said the book “goes on-on-on after the sex scene, talking about the girl getting pregnant and wanting to have an abortion.
“So, I went to the school board meeting to complain that the school never gave me a chance to say I didn’t want my 14-year-old daughter reading a book like this that I consider to be pornography”

Is anybody asking if the content being taught in the public school is so pornographic that parents or the instructors should not read it aloud in a school board meeting, so how it can be taught to underaged teens?

Planned Parenthood is obsessed with teaching sexology to kids in kindergartens. PP promotes prostitution and underage sex. It coaches sadistic disciplines common in sadistic porn movies to very young teens. As a result of this sexology training,  PP’s only solution for the created babies is abortion. What is the relation between An abortion provider and educating children? Who gives Planned Parenthood this much power? Should we think Warren Buffet and Bill Gates billions here?

Why an organization which receives tax payer’s money should receive these historic donations? To do what? Do you see the partisan progressive agenda to sexualize children here? Any guess?

What is the biggest crime in our society? Pedophilia is certainly of the biggest crimes. Who is involved in pedophilia? As we discover more every day, the highest seats in all governments are ruled by pedophiles. The rulers who run the rulers are the pedophile rulers. What happens when children become sexualized at the age of kindergarten and after? It happens that a crime named “pedophilia” will remain just in history books and nobody will consider having sex with a child as pedophilia so the criminals who we know, and can’t wait to see them behind bars, will no longer be criminals as the culture of sexualized children will automatically decriminalize them. No crime, no criminal. All will be considered consensual. This is a systematic push an organized movement by the establishment to gradually decriminalize the criminals at the expense of degenerating our children. There is no mercy here for children. Nobody gives a damn about their sexuality which is actually nonexistent with a good and educated society. The only thing they are concerned about is decriminalizing themselves.

 

We see all PP authorities talking about selling baby parts. The PP’s policy requires nothing should be on paper and officially registered inside the organization when related to its illegal activities. Doctors and agents enjoy massive authority when making their decisions. Whatever those decisions may be, we know that PP is very secretive in its operations. Planned Parenthood’s main operations have little to do with supposedly normal abortions and mammographies but have a lot to do with illegal activities as promoting underage sex, selling organs, harvesting body parts, probably supplying to eugenics laboratories, and now likely, keeping pregnancies up to the latest terms and then harvest the baby parts.

I have to say probably because finding anything inside those protected walls is like trying to find a needle in an ocean.

Regarding undercover videos, the two activists were charged with 15 felonies.

The two anti-abortion activists who mounted a hidden-camera investigation against Planned Parenthood officials have been charged with 15 felony counts of violating the privacy of health-care providers by recording confidential information without their consent.
In announcing the charges against David Robert Daleiden and Sandra Merritt on Tuesday, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said the duo used manufactured identities and a fictitious bioresearch company to meet medical officials and covertly record the private discussions they initiated.
“The right to privacy is a cornerstone of California’s Constitution, and a right that is foundational in a free democratic society,” Becerra said. “We will not tolerate the criminal recording of confidential conversations.” (Read the article here)

The interesting point here is that the agents in PP are considered as private persons working in a private organization which recording their conversation on this basis, is considered a violation of the right to privacy and yes this is the progressive left State of California.

I wonder how a public organization can be considered as private?

Every investigation against Planned Parenthood and its activities has received the most violent attacks whatever the case might be. The message is: Don’t touch PP in any form with any kind of accusation. Don’t ever bring light to its name or you will regret it.

It was just a gut feeling and nothing more that lead me to search if I can find some connection between Media Matters and Planned Parenthood. Both are giant, both are the core of the establishment, and both act like a religious cult that shouldn’t be touched but surprisingly I found out the same Live Action group has been partisanly attacked by Media Matters over Planned Parenthood. Media Matters had a scrutinized attack on Live Action videos, calling in edited, bogus, and complete nonsense.

According to Live Action: “Media Matters is a self-described “progressive” mouthpiece spawned by disgruntled leftist David Brock, Democratic operatives including Clinton Administration flunky John Podesta, and radical financial backers such as George Soros. Rather than an objective, principled watchdog of the powerful, it has gone so far as to coordinate with the Obama Justice Department to spin and discourage coverage of the White House’s scandals.
For anyone to turn to Media Matters as a credible voice on Planned Parenthood’s activities is a bad joke.”

If you remember at the beginning of this article I explained how I was suspicious to see if there is any connection between Planned Parenthood and child trafficking. We know PP makes abortions, we know they sell the fetus’s body parts and none of these is news to us. But I needed to find involvement in child trafficking or in selling, grooming, harvesting, or anything related to New-BORN babies or late-term abortions and not only the early aborted ones.

(By grooming late-term abortions I mean encouraging, or giving false medical advice to the pregnant mother to proceed with the pregnancy but to the child later. The motive behind this is to harvest  bigger body parts.)

And surprisingly here we see Media Matters or AKA David Brock, James Alefantis’s boyfriend and the connection to John Podesta is involved in a battle against Live Action and in favor of Planned Parenthood. The people I just mentioned, according to John Podesta’s emails released by Wiki Leaks in 2016,  have already a very scary background and so many are highly suspicious that they can be involved in illegal activities, abuse of power, and have connections to underground gangs of child traffickers.

How come this suspicious category of people, come to defend Planned Parenthood? What do they have in common that one stands for another? Why a suspicious gang with tones of graphic images of babies, is defending PP?

Practically, Media Matters is behind all positive news coverage about Planned Parenthood and responsible for all the news cover-ups for Planned Parenthood. Media Matters has shaped the narrative of “poor people who can’t afford care” in favor of PP.

In an article by Washington Times, published in August 2015, titled: “Planned Parenthood kept aborted babies alive to harvest organs, ex-technician says”, we read: (read the article here)

“In an undercover video released Wednesday, a former technician for a tissue-harvesting company details how an aborted baby was kept alive so that its heart could be harvested at a California Planned Parenthood facility, raising more legal questions about the group’s practices.
Holly O’Donnell, a former blood and tissue procurement technician for the biotech startup StemExpress, also said she was asked to harvest an intact brain from the late-term, male fetus whose heart was still beating after the abortion.”

Isn’t this the same Nazis Eugenics operation of organ harvesting executing on alive human beings? Isn’t it saying Planned Parenthood Harvests baby hearts?

The article continues: “A StemExpress supervisor “gave me the scissors and told me that I had to cut down the middle of the face. And I can’t even describe what that feels like,” said Ms. O’Donnell, who has been featured in earlier videos by the Center for Medical Progress, a pro-life group that previously had released six undercover clips involving Planned Parenthood personnel and practices.
David Daleiden, the video project leader, said the undercover footage and interviews show that fetuses are sometimes delivered “intact and alive” before their organs are harvested.

The federal Born-Alive Infants Protection Act of 2002 says that when a child is born alive, including having a beating heart, he or she is a legal person and has a right to lifesaving medical care.”

 

But with all this information, why Planned Parenthood has still a huge political and institutional presence and has not been defunded.

Why?

Who are the keepers and the biggest donors to Planned Parenthood?

Surprisingly, an organization that claims to be an advocate for “poor people”, receives monumental donations from the 1 percent self-claimed owners of the world who are obsessed with overpopulation and it is their money that continues to shape the policies in favor of the organization. The top donor to Planned Parenthood is Warren Buffet. The silent Warren Buffet that intelligently has kept his name away from the storms. Bill Gates closest buddy who has donated over $1.2 billion only from 2001 to 2012 to abortion organizations and that means the money used to take the life of 2.7 million children.

Media Matters never referred to Warren Buffett’s $289,811,421 donation to Planned Parenthood since the year 2001. They never mentioned Warren Buffett at all as one of their top donors.
Through his wife’s foundation; The Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation; he has donated more than $35 million to Planned Parenthood only in 2014.

Regarding our question of why Planned Parenthood still has not been defunded, considering all the scandals they are involved in, the Buffett’s’ foundation has dominated the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision to overturn a Texas law that required abortion facilities to meet basic health and safety standards. That means Mr. Buffet doesn’t give a damn if there is no basic health security in the facilities, the only thing he cares about is that women go and abort there, whether or not they will risk their lives and maybe infected by dangerous diseases.

Bill Gates and George Soros, have donated millions to Planned Parenthood. Another huge donor is Hewlett-Packard hp computers’ co-founder; William Hewlett who donates huge amounts of money through the William & Flora foundation. Who is the next? Mark Zuckerberg, who has put his feet just at the Bill Gates’s traces of feet. Just like when Bill Gates sold almost all his Microsoft shares around 1999 and launched Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Zuckerberg sold his Facebook shares and set up a foundation with “educational” purposes named the “Chan & Zuckerberg Initiative”.

Bill Gates was a man like any other when he had only his Microsoft company, before ganging with David Rockefeller and becoming obsessed with eliminating 90% of the world population and creating deadly vaccines. What will be Zuckerberg’s main production??

LIARS! That clone hybrid will never care about the future of children. They are working to control the future of children. They have hired many “Genetics Specialists” to work on their Eugenics purposes because the New World Order of the 1% rulers demands centralized cities called” Smart Cities” with Micro-Chipped citizens of the State while Artificial Intelligence, Robots and Genetically Modified creatures produced in Eugenics Labs will occupy the main jobs. I can tell you, watch this organization very carefully. This is one of the creepiest organizations which you should be very afraid of.

The JPB Foundation which Cecile Richards, the Executive Director of Planned Parenthood sits on its board, and the liberal “Ford Foundation” which is focused on gender, sexuality, and reproductive justice are other big donors and consequently, big controllers of Planned Parenthood.

 

 

Soros also is focused on gender, legalizing prostitution, and sexuality. Do you now see a connection between  Planned Parenthood’s obsession with sexualizing children in schools? What about the relations with Facebook asking if men should ask nude photos of underaged girls or again Facebook shutting down conservative profiles but keeping pedophiles and child molester’s profiles up?

 

Soros, Gates, Zuckerberg, Cecilia Richards, and Darren Walker from Ford Foundation are ALL OBSESSED WITH EUGENICS and they are all donating to Planned Parenthood. Where do the baby parts go? Where do the aborted children end up? They are not buried, Where are they? They end up IN EUGENICS LABORATORIES and in hands of human body part traffickers.

It is necessary to mention that in 2014, The Ford Foundation was involved in a financing scandal in India. To get away with the scandal, according to WikiLeaks, the Ford Foundation received help from John Podesta, who called Prime Minister Modi and silenced the issue.  Figure out the connections.

 

 

The article is becoming very long. In videos we see by not reporting pimps and child traffickers, Planned Parenthood has participated in illegal activities as promoting child trafficking, encouraging minors to watch porn and participate in rough sex disciplines, harvesting baby hearts and selling body organs, and leaving alive-aborted babies to die by providing zero nutrition or care.

We saw Planned Parenthood connections to Media Matters and to the 1 percent rulers of the world. We see (in videos) Planned Parenthood encourages and even pushes for late time abortions to obtain bigger babies. We don’t have a news article, video, or a photo showing Planned Parenthood involved in a direct child trafficking or killing born babies activity, but connecting the different pieces of information here and carefully listening to what PP’s employees say in videos, gives us a map. A map of powerful possibilities. Don’t forget the baby hearts in the pie come from a profile that belonged to a friend of the Jeffry Epstein’s cycle and don’t forget the Epstein’s cycle, according to Podesta Emails revealed by WikiLeaks in 2016, is a common cycle with David Brock, the founder of Media Matters.

ORLANDO, July 27–Never-before-released undercover video shows Dr. Suzie Prabhakaran, the Vice President of Medical Affairs for Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida, graphically discussing Planned Parenthood’s late-term “dismemberment” and partial-birth abortion protocols in the context of fetal body part harvesting.

The new video comes as the U.S. Senate is debating provisions to terminate taxpayer subsidies to Planned Parenthood, the nation’s biggest abortion business.

At a Planned Parenthood conference evening reception, CMP investigators posing as buyers from a biotech company discuss partnering with Dr. Prabhakaran’s Planned Parenthood affiliate in order to harvest fetal organs and tissues from the 2nd-trimester abortions performed there. Prabhakaran advises that her affiliate is merging with the Orlando Planned Parenthood, which does abortions up to 23 weeks and has a high procedure volume, with eighteen abortions at 18-weeks and above scheduled for the next week.

Prabhakaran discusses how Planned Parenthood allows their abortion doctors to certify compliance with the federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban, which prohibits abortions in which a fetus is extracted alive up to certain anatomical landmarks (18 U.S.C. 1531). According to Prabhakaran, Planned Parenthood abortion doctors can certify compliance with the law by using a feticide like digoxin to kill the fetus before the abortion, or they can simply “document” their “intent” to do a “dismemberment” abortion where the fetus is pulled apart with forceps rather than extracted intact.

“So some people train to just document that like, you know to comply with the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban, you basically have to say, ‘I intend to utilize dismemberment techniques for this procedure,’” explains Prabhakaran. “So every time you do a procedure, that’s how you document. So, like, there’s like a checkbox,” Prabhakaran states, “so it would be before the procedure, you do your evaluation, you write, ‘I intend to utilize dismemberment techniques for this procedure.’”

Prabhakaran indicates she never uses digoxin to kill the fetus before the abortion, and relies entirely on the “checkbox” to “document” her intent in the abortion to certify compliance with the federal law: “I’m not doing digoxin, and we’re just going to document and there’s never been a problem.”

Prabhakaran’s description of Planned Parenthood’s loose protocols for 2nd-trimester abortion procedures corroborates statements by Dr. Deborah Nucatola, Senior Director of Medical Services for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, in CMP’s first undercover video, that show a lax attitude toward the partial-birth abortion law:

“The Federal [Partial-Birth] Abortion Ban is a law, and laws are up to interpretation. So there are some people who interpret it as it’s intent. So if I say on Day 1 I do not intend to do this, what ultimately happens doesn’t matter.”

Nucatola states in the first video that Planned Parenthood abortion doctors can make changes to the abortion technique in order to bring the fetus out intact for body parts harvesting, regardless of any initial “intent” statement: “So if you do it starting from a breech [feet-first] presentation, there’s dilation that happens as the case goes on, and often, the last step, you can evacuate an intact calvarium [head] at the end.”

CMP project lead David Daleiden notes, “Planned Parenthood medical directors and abortion doctors feign compliance with the federal partial-birth abortion law on paper, knowing full well that ‘what ultimately happens doesn’t matter’ so long as no one is scrutinizing what they actually do to women and children in the operating room. And the fact that Planned Parenthood has a ‘dismemberment’ ‘checkbox’ on their abortion forms should tell the public and policymakers everything they need to know about this barbaric abortion business. LOS ANGELES, April 26–New undercover video shows Dr. Mary Gatter, the Planned Parenthood senior executive who infamously laughed “I want a Lamborghini” about payments for aborted fetal parts, again haggling over per-specimen pricing for livers, lungs, and brains, even while insisting the purchaser must do all the work to harvest.

The video is the second of a never-before-seen batch of undercover footage being released by The Center for Medical Progress.

At a Planned Parenthood conference evening reception, CMP investigators posing as buyers from a biotech company are introduced to Dr. Gatter for the first time by Dr. Deborah Nucatola, Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services.

“I wanted you to meet Mary Gatter,” says Dr. Nucatola, before Dr. Gatter steps forward.

Gatter was for many years the Medical Director of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, before moving to the same position at the Pasadena affiliate, and then being elected President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Medical Directors’ Council. As Medical Director at PPLA, Gatter oversaw the affiliate’s partnership with Novogenix Laboratories, LLC, a local for-profit fetal organ and tissue harvesting company.

“I did it in LA, I’m committed to it, I think it’s a great idea,” says Gatter to the purported body parts buyers. Discussing the number of abortions at her Pasadena clinic, Gatter asks, “What kind of volume do you need and what gestational ages?”

During the conversation, Gatter advises, “You know, you have to pay a little money to use the space.” After asking for a ballpark figure, the buyer observes, “Most people now seem to be doing per specimen.”

“Per specimen. Like $75 a specimen?” Gatter replies. After the buyer asks for clarification, Gatter repeats, “$75 a specimen, or $50 a specimen?” The buyer replies, “What we’ve been quoting is $50 per specimen. I think some people are doing more, some slightly less.”

Gatter then comments, “Yeah, $50’s on the low end, $50 [per specimen] was like 12 years ago.”

The buyer then explains, “What we like about per-specimen is that way we’re not paying for [fetal] material that we can’t use, you know?” Gatter nods, saying, “Yeah yeah, yeah.”

Federal law permits reimbursement for specified costs in a fetal organ or tissue donation, but prohibits the purchase and sale of the organs and tissues themselves (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

The buyer continues, “If we can get a liver, a lung, and you know, a brain–” before Gatter interjects, “But you would show up to do this? You would send somebody,” to which the buyer answers affirmatively. Gatter concludes the conversation saying, “Yeah I’d be willing, give me a call.”

According to contracts and invoices, the real-life fetal organ and tissue wholesaler companies Novogenix, StemExpress, and Advanced Bioscience Resources all made monthly payments to Planned Parenthood based on the number of resalable fetal specimens the wholesalers’ workers could harvest inside the abortion clinics. Planned Parenthood told Congressional investigators it kept no contemporaneous records of actual costs for reimbursement under the law.

The Novogenix contract promises Planned Parenthood Los Angeles $45 “per donated specimen.” Planned Parenthood Los Angeles does over 15,000 abortions every year but has never publicly admitted how much money they received total under their contract with Novogenix. In December 2016, the Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Select Investigative Panel both referred Planned Parenthood Los Angeles and Novogenix to the FBI and U.S. Department of Justice for further investigation and criminal prosecution.

CMP project lead David Daleiden notes, “The fact that Novogenix, StemExpress, and ABR stationed their own workers inside Planned Parenthood abortion clinics to perform the harvesting, packaging, and transport of aborted baby body parts demonstrates that Planned Parenthood had no reimbursable costs under the law. The volume-based sums that Planned Parenthood charged these businesses for baby parts are criminal trafficking and profiteering in fetal body parts. The U.S. Department of Justice should take heed of the Congressional investigations’ criminal referrals and prosecute Planned Parenthood to the full extent of the law, and taxpayers must stop being forced to subsidize Planned Parenthood’s criminal abortion empire.”

At a networking reception at a Planned Parenthood conference, CMP investigators posing as buyers from a biotech company are introduced to Dr. Taylor by Dr. Deborah Nucatola, Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services.

Dr. Taylor confirms she does elective abortions on healthy fetuses and pregnant women up to 24 weeks. When the investigators ask her about obtaining intact fetal organs, Dr. Taylor replies, “It’s not a matter of how I feel about it coming out intact, but I gotta worry about my staff and people’s feelings about it coming out looking like a baby.”

She continues, “We have the people who do our paperwork for the fetal death certificates, they email us calling them ‘babies’. Baby this, baby that, baby so-and-so, and I’m like, that’s creepy!”

Dr. Taylor explains to the investigators, “In Arizona, if the fetus comes out with any signs of life, we’re supposed to transport it. To the hospital.” When one investigator then asks, “Is there any standard procedure for verifying signs of of life?” Dr. Taylor replies, “Well, the thing is, I mean the key is, you need to pay attention to who’s in the room, right?”

Dr. Taylor then laughs as she repeats what the Arizona law requires, and says, “It’s a mess. It’s a mess.”

Dr. Taylor acknowledges that the feticidal chemical digoxin cannot be used in an abortion where fetal body parts will be harvested for sale, but she remarks that in a standard dismemberment dilation and evacuation abortion, “My biceps appreciate when the dig[oxin] works,” to kill the fetus before the procedure. “I remember when I was a [Family Planning] Fellow and I was training, I was like, Oh, I have to hit the gym for this,” she says, describing the force she feels in her biceps when performing a dismemberment abortion with forceps.

Dr. Taylor also mentions she was trained by Dr. Nucatola. In CMP’s first-released video in July 2015, Dr. Nucatola discussed the per-specimen pricing of fetal tissue and harvesting intact hearts, lungs, livers, and brains using partial-birth abortions.

CMP Project Lead David Daleiden notes, “This footage shows a longtime Planned Parenthood abortion doctor willing to sell baby parts for profit, use criminal abortion methods to get more intact body parts, and even cover up infanticide. This doctor was trained by Planned Parenthood’s Senior Director of Medical Services, and encouraged by her to participate in the fetal body parts market. This footage is just a preview of the damning and incriminating admissions of Planned Parenthood leaders on our further unreleased tapes, being censored by an unconstitutional gag order from a federal judge in San Francisco.”

Daleiden continues, “The only difference between Planned Parenthood’s barbaric abortion business, and that of the notorious Dr. Kermit Gosnell, is that Gosnell was not so careful as to ‘pay attention to who’s in the room.’ Elected officials must stop forcing taxpayers to subsidize Planned Parenthood’s criminal abortion business, and the Department of Justice must immediately open a full investigation and prosecute Planned Parenthood to the fullest extent of the law.”

The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2). IRVINE, March 1–A new undercover video shows the relationship between Planned Parenthood’s late-term abortion clinic in Orange County and a local for-profit biotech company, Da Vinci Biosciences, to harvest the organs of aborted fetuses to sell nationally and internationally.

The video, produced by The Center for Medical Progress, highlights a conversation between Dr. Jennefer Russo, the Medical Director at Planned Parenthood of Orange & San Bernardino Counties, and citizen journalists from The Center for Medical Progress posing as a for-profit fetal tissue company similar to Da Vinci. Dr. Russo performs abortions up to 24 weeks at Planned Parenthood’s abortion center in Orange, CA.

Russo confirms that her Planned Parenthood affiliate is currently working with a local biotech company to supply aborted fetal body parts: “Yeah, it’s Da Vinci,” she states. Da Vinci Biosciences, LLC, and its sister company, DV Biologics, LLC, are located in Orange County, CA and have been partnered with the local Planned Parenthood affiliate since 2008. Planned Parenthood Orange & San Bernardino Counties’ 2008 Annual Report lists Da Vinci Biosciences as one of the major financial donors to the abortion group.

“They take the whole specimen,” Russo explains about Da Vinci. Russo asks the undercover buyer, “You’re looking ideally for an intact specimen?” “As intact as possible,” the buyer replies.

In the first CMP undercover video, Planned Parenthood’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, described using an ultrasound-guided procedure to flip the fetus to feet-first position in order to get intact specimens. When asked about using this procedure to harvest more intact body parts, Orange County’s Russo confesses, “Yeah, we like to do that too.”

Using ultrasound guidance to manipulate the fetus from vertex to breech orientation before intact extraction is the hallmark of the illegal partial-birth abortion procedure (18 U.S.C. 1531). Nucatola previously recommended Russo and Planned Parenthood in Orange County as good prospective partners for fetal body parts harvesting.

Russo also divulges that her Planned Parenthood affiliate is not using digoxin, the chemical used as feticide in later 2nd-trimester abortions to kill the fetus and prevent a live birth, due to a nationwide supply shortage. Without a feticidal procedure like digoxin, it is possible for a fetus extracted intact during an abortion to be born alive.

Asked a second time about producing intact fetuses in late 2nd-trimester cases for organ harvesting, Russo admits, “It happens sometimes, but it’s pretty rare.” She continues with a smile, “But, we try.”

A secret-shopper phone call to Da Vinci Biosciences confirms that Planned Parenthood’s latest cases are being done without feticide. When a caller asks for fetal brain from 18 to 24 weeks gestation, a Da Vinci sales representative assures, “It is feticide-free, considering that we have such a large catalogue of fetal tissue, I believe that would be a requirement for us, in order to have so many fetal products available.”

Invoices show Da Vinci Biosciences charging $350 for fetal liver, $500 for fetal thymus, and $750 for fetal brain. The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

“Although Planned Parenthood’s political and PR cronies work overtime to cover-up the revelations of its illicit baby parts trade, Planned Parenthood’s interstate criminal scheme to harvest and sell aborted baby parts continues without any transparency or accountability,” notes David Daleiden, CMP Project Lead. “The fact that a community like Orange County, CA, is open for business for baby body parts makes clear the need for law enforcement and elected officials to hold Planned Parenthood accountable,” Daleiden says. “And as the Supreme Court prepares to hear a landmark abortion business regulation case, Planned Parenthood’s baby parts scheme sends an urgent message about the critical need for States to have strong regulatory authority over the abortion industry.”

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 8–Previously unreleased covert video of representatives of the National Abortion Federation shows the Planned Parenthood-allied group suggesting a “group purchasing program” to supply aborted fetal tissue to buyers and encouraging them to exhibit at its annual meeting. NAF is currently seeking to permanently enjoin The Center for Medical Progress from releasing any footage obtained at its annual meetings in 2014 and 2015.

The new footage shows NAF’s Training & Education representatives, responsible for planning the organization’s abortion trade shows, in conversation with actors posing as representatives of a start-up company to harvest and sell aborted fetal body parts.

When the actors explain, “We do donate the fees that we get from our researchers, we give a portion back to the clinics as just a thank you for letting us come in,” one NAF representative replies, “Yeah, it definitely sounds like something some our members would be really interested in.” The second NAF representative affirms this kickback arrangement to split the money from fetal parts as “a win-win” for the abortion clinics.

Both NAF representatives also suggest that the purported fetal body part harvesting company exhibit at NAF’s annual meeting and join NAF’s group purchasing program as an approved vendor for its member abortion clinics: “We have an exhibit hall and then we also have the general conference. But I mean, this is a very great way to talk to our members. We have a group purchasing program through our membership,” says one, “So it seems like this would be a really great option to be able to offer our members as well.”

In other previously released footage, Cate Dyer, the CEO of StemExpress, which advertised “financial profits” for abortion clinics in a brochure to supply fetal tissue, admits her company “gives money” to NAF as well. Deborah VanDerhei, the National Director of the Consortium of Abortion Providers (CAPS) at Planned Parenthood, says, “I have been talking to the executive director of the National Abortion Federation, we’re trying to figure this out as an industry, about how we’re going to manage remuneration,” for fetal parts.

“From the very first moment the National Abortion Federation met purported baby parts traffickers in our investigative journalism study, NAF was eager for them to attend its meetings and pay its member clinics for fetal body parts,” notes David Daleiden, Project Lead at CMP. “Multiple Planned Parenthood executives and the leadership of StemExpress told our investigators many times that NAF was a key partner for fetal tissue harvesting. The fact is, the National Abortion Federation is a key accomplice in Planned Parenthood and StemExpress’ scheme to profit off baby body parts, and for this reason, they are desperate to suppress the freedom of the citizen press and cover up the evidence of their illicit dealings.”

HOUSTON, Feb. 3–A new video at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast and newly-released documents from a Texas Public Information Act request show how Planned Parenthood used accounting gimmicks to hide its illegal sale of fetal tissue.

The video highlights previously overlooked footage from the April 9, 2015 site visit of investigative journalists David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt from The Center for Medical Progress to Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s abortion center in Houston. The site visit took place with PPGC Director of Research Melissa Farrell, who has overseen the organization’s fetal tissue supply program since 2006.

“We had two levels of invoicing for them. We had it worded as ‘per consent,’” explains Farrell as she describes a previous fetal tissue deal that took place at PPGC. Farrell indicates that “per consent” is the phrase used in PPGC budgeting in place of “per specimen” for fetal tissue.

Farrell is aware that while a patient may consent to supply fetal tissue, the specimen itself may not be useable for experimentation: “There’s probably some situations where somebody would consent and then just not, we didn’t get a sample, or she changed her mind, or something happened to the specimen.”

Addressing this dilemma, Daleiden says: “Now obviously, we don’t want to end up paying for material that we can’t use,” and suggests that there be a line item fee of “something else that represents the specimens.” “Obviously,” Farrell agrees, “Yep. Yeah.”

“I just don’t want it to turn into a situation that is not financially beneficial for you,” says Merritt. “Yeah, yeah. And we’ll, I’ll take you up on that. I’ll take you up on that. I’ll take you up on that,” Farrell repeats three times, laughing, and continues, “We definitely want to do that, because that’s what staff and management need to see.”

The video also includes footage of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast CEO Melaney Linton advising that Farrell will “work on all of that with you” when it comes to “remuneration” and “compensation” for fetal tissue. Farrell told Daleiden and Merritt during lunch that her department “contributes so much to the bottom line of our organization here.”

The system of accounting gimmicks and dual invoicing for “consent” payments in place of fetal specimens that Melissa Farrell describes in the video bears a striking resemblance to invoices submitted by Farrell on behalf of PPGC to the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2010 and 2011. In these documents, obtained through a Public Information Act request, two PPGC invoices for the exact same billing period charge $25 per “Consents obtained,” with a total quantity of 32, and in the same time period charges $150 per “Consent payment” for a smaller quantity of 25. This is consistent with a scheme where Planned Parenthood charged $25 to consent abortion patients to supply fetal tissue, and then charged another $150 for each usable fetal specimen that UTMB could procure.

The total billing from Planned Parenthood for this tissue procurement was over $8,000. The sale, offer to sell, or transfer of human fetal tissue for valuable consideration is a crime under Texas Penal Code 48.02. Planned Parenthood is currently under investigation by the Texas Attorney General’s Office, the Texas Department of Health, and the U.S. Congress for violations relating to its treatment of aborted infants and aborted body parts sales.

“The evidence that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast charged exorbitant amounts of taxpayer money in exchange for fetal specimens that it provided at nearly zero cost is overwhelming,” notes David Daleiden, CMP Project Lead. “Governor Abbott and Attorney General Paxton need to send a strong message that Houston’s children are not for sale, and they must immediately appoint a special prosecutor to hold Planned Parenthood accountable to the law.”

AUSTIN, Oct. 27–The eleventh video release from The Center for Medical Progress in the ongoing Planned Parenthood baby parts scandal shows the abortion doctor for Planned Parenthood in Austin, TX, Dr. Amna Dermish, describing a partial-birth abortion procedure to terminate living, late-term fetuses which she hopes will yield intact fetal heads for brain harvesting.

Dr. Dermish admits she was trained by the Senior Director of Medical Services at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Dr. Deborah Nucatola. Nucatola described a partial-birth abortion technique to harvest fetal organs in the first Planned Parenthood video released July 14 by CMP.

“My aim is usually to get the specimens out pretty intact,” says Dermish, speaking to actors posing as a fetal tissue procurement company. Dermish admits that she will sometimes use ultrasound guidance to convert a 2nd-trimester fetus to a feet-first breech presentation: “Especially the 20-weekers are a lot harder versus the 18-weekers, so at that point I’ll switch to breech.”

“That’s what Deb [Nucatola] was telling us, was it really makes a difference for tissue collection at PPLA,” says one of the actors, referencing Nucatola’s technique for organ harvesting. “It’s really nice when it’s, yeah–I trained with her,” replies Dermish.

In reply to a question about harvesting fetal brain, Dermish notes, “I haven’t been able to do that yet,” but exclaims with laughter, “This will give me something to strive for!”

Dermish does not use the chemical digoxin to kill the fetus before 20 weeks, so her feet-first, intact extraction abortions are done on living fetuses. Using ultrasound guidance to manipulate the fetus from vertex to breech orientation before extracting the yet-living fetus is a hallmark of the illegal partial-birth abortion procedure (18 U.S.C. 1531).

The state of Texas recently moved to disbar Planned Parenthood from taxpayer funding on account of Medicaid fraud and abortion-related crimes. Governor Greg Abbott recently said in an interview that the state of Texas is now in possession of “hard evidence” that Planned Parenthood is engaged in “violations of federal and state law concerning abortion procedures.”

The video highlights conversations with Dr. Carolyn Westhoff, Senior Medical Advisor for PPFA; Dr. Vanessa Cullins, Vice President for External Medical Affairs for PPFA; and Deborah VanDerhei, National Director for the Consortium of Abortion Providers (CAPS) at PPFA.

“We’ve just been working with people who want particular tissues, like, you know, they want cardiac, or they want eyes, or they want neural,” says Dr. Westhoff to a prospective fetal organ buyer. “Certainly, everything we provide–oh, gonads! Oh my God, gonads. Everything we provide is fresh.” Westhoff continues, “Obviously, we would have the potential for a huge P.R. issue in doing this,” before offering to introduce the buyers to “national office abortion people” from Planned Parenthood.

Deborah VanDerhei is the National Director for CAPS, an influential committee within Planned Parenthood that drives abortion policy across the organization. VanDerhei refers to payments for fetal tissue as “donation for remuneration,” which carries the connotation of financial reward or benefit without regard for actual expenses. VanDerhei explains, “I have been talking to the executive director of the National Abortion Federation, we’re trying to figure this out as an industry, about how we’re going to manage remuneration, because the headlines would be a disaster.”

“Is this really worth getting–I don’t even know what in general, what a specimen generally brings in?” VanDerhei later asks a prospective buyer. When she is told $100 per specimen, she remarks, “But we have independent colleagues who generate a fair amount of income doing this.” VanDerhei suggests that Planned Parenthood goes to great lengths to avoid leaving a paper trail about their fetal tissue activity: “It’s an issue that you might imagine we’re not really that comfortable talking about on email.”

In a conversation recorded between VanDerhei and Vanessa Russo, Compliance Program Administrator for Planned Parenthood Keystone in Pennsylvania, Russo argues, “A company like this that wants to give our organization money for the tissue–I think that that’s a valid exchange, and that that’s okay.” VanDerhei nods her head up and down and affirms, “Mhm.”

Vanessa Cullins, the Vice President of External Medical Affairs, seems fully aware of the criminal exposure that fetal body parts sales present to Planned Parenthood: “This is important. This could destroy your organization and us, if we don’t time those conversations correctly,” she tells a prospective buyer.

Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in the country, responsible for 327,000 abortions every year, and receives $528 million in taxpayer money each year. “From email black-outs to contorted oxymorons like ‘donation for remuneration,’ the lengths to which Planned Parenthood leadership will go to cover-up their illegal sale of aborted baby parts are nothing less than the desperation of a guilty conscience,” notes David Daleiden, Project Lead for CMP. “Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards openly admits they receive ‘$60 per tissue specimen,’ and their contracts with StemExpress offer payments per fetus ‘determined in the clinic to be usable.’ Planned Parenthood runs their abortion and baby parts business in open disregard for the law and should be prosecuted immediately. LOS ANGELES, Sept. 1–The ninth video in the Planned Parenthood baby parts scandal focuses on Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. (ABR), the small and secretive company that has harvested and sold fetal body parts at Planned Parenthood clinics longer than any other entity.

The video features undercover conversations with Dr. Katharine Sheehan, the long-time medical director of Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest until 2013; Perrin Larton, the Procurement Manager for ABR; and Cate Dyer, the CEO of rival fetal tissue procurement company StemExpress.

Sheehan tells actors posing as a new human biologics company that at Planned Parenthood Pacific Southwest, “We have already a relationship with ABR.” Sheehan explains, “We’ve been using them for over 10 years, really a long time, just kind of renegotiated the contract. They’re doing the big collections for government-level collections and things like that.” When one of the actors negotiates, “We return a portion of our fees to the clinics,” Sheehan responds eagerly, “Right, get a toe in and make it, make a pro–alright.”

In an August 27 letter to Congress, Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards referenced a California Planned Parenthood affiliate that currently receives $60 “per tissue specimen” from a tissue procurement organization. The Center for Medical Progress, the group producing the videos, identified Planned Parenthood Pacific Southwest and ABR as the affiliate and TPO referred to in Richards’ letter, based on process of elimination.

“We now know from Cecile Richards’ letter that $60 per collected tissue specimen is what will ‘get a toe in’ to harvest baby parts at Planned Parenthood Pacific Southwest,” wrote CMP Project Lead David Daleiden. As multiple tissue specimens often come from a single fetus, $60/specimen can quickly add up to hundreds of extra dollars in revenue per abortion. Perrin Larton, the Procurement Manager at ABR, is shown describing ABR’s fetal tissue harvesting practice to a prospective buyer. “I literally have had women come in and they’ll go in the O.R. and they’re back out in 3 minutes, and I’m going, ‘What’s going on?’ Oh yeah, the fetus was already in the vaginal canal whenever we put her in the stirrups, it just fell out,” she explains of situations where there has been a great enough degree of cervical dilation to procure an intact fetus.

ABR, founded in 1989 by CEO Linda Tracy, charges $340 per second-trimester fetal tissue specimen, yet seems less concerned about tissue quality than other harvesting companies: “Whenever we have a smooth portion of liver, we think that’s good!” says Larton.

Cate Dyer, who used to work as a procurement technician for ABR before founding her own company StemExpress, shares some of the financial details of ABR: “They were funding places in Hawaii for themselves,” she divulges. “Some staff–not that I know so much on the Planned Parenthood side, but I wouldn’t be surprised–there are some staff in the past that have been on the payroll with ABR.” According to Dyer, ABR would pay an “advisor fee” to a clinic manager or director in order to preserve their exclusive right to harvest fetal tissue at that location. “There’s like, well enough known,” says Dyer, that “for a long time there were certain clinics that because they had paid advisors that were sitting on boards for these clinics, that were also an advisor to ABR, you were just never going to go anywhere with them, you know what I mean?”

“In the twisted world of baby parts trafficking from Planned Parenthood abortion clinics, there are few unbroken rules,” notes CMP’s Daleiden. “After the serious admissions in Planned Parenthood’s letter to Congress last week, it is imperative for lawmakers and law enforcement to act decisively to determine the full extent of Planned Parenthood and their proxies’ lawbreaking, hold them accountable, and stop the taxpayer funding of these barbaric atrocities against humanity.”

In the video, actors posing as another human biologics company meet with StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer, plus Vice President of Corporate Development and Legal Affairs Kevin Cooksy, and Procurement Manager Megan Barr. StemExpress and the actors are discussing a potential partnership to supply extra fetal body parts to each other.
“So many physicians are like, ‘Oh I can totally procure tissue,’ and they can’t,” expresses Dyer, seeming to indicate that abortion doctors must do the procedure in a special way to obtain useable fetal parts. Federal law requires that no alteration in the timing or method of abortion be done for the purposes of fetal tissue collection (42 U.S.C. 289g-1).
“What about intact specimens?” asks one of the actors. “Oh yeah, I mean if you have intact cases, which we’ve done a lot, we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety,” replies Dyer. “Case” is the clinical term for an abortion procedure. An “intact case” refers to an intact abortion with a whole fetus. “The entire case?” asks an actor. “Yeah, yeah,” says Dyer. “The procurement for us, I mean it can go really sideways, depending on the facility, and then our samples are destroyed,” she explains past botched fetal dissections, “so we started bringing them back even to manage it from a procurement expert standpoint.”
Feticidal chemicals like digoxin cannot be used to kill the fetus in a tissue procurement case, so a fetus delivered intact for organ harvesting is likely to be a born-alive infant.
“What would make your lab happy?” asks one of the actors. “Another 50 livers a week,” says Dyer. “We’re working with almost like triple digit number clinics,” Dyer explains, “and we still need more.” She later notes, “Planned Parenthood has volume, because they are a volume institution.”
Dyer also agrees that payments to abortion clinics for fetal body parts should be financially beneficial to them. “Do you feel like there are clinics out there that have been burned, that feel like they’re doing all this work for research and it hasn’t been profitable for them?” she asks. “I haven’t seen that.” StemExpress publishes a flyer for Planned Parenthood clinics that promises “Financial Profits” and “fiscal rewards” for clinics that supply aborted fetal tissue. HOUSTON, Aug. 4–The fifth undercover video in the controversy over Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted baby parts shows the Director of Research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Melissa Farrell, advertising the Texas Planned Parenthood branch’s track record of fetal tissue sales, including its ability to deliver fully intact fetuses.
In the video, actors posing as representatives from a human biologics company meet with Farrell at the abortion-clinic headquarters of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast in Houston to discuss a potential partnership to harvest fetal organs.
“Where we probably have an edge over other organizations, our organization has been doing research for many many years,” explains Farrell. When researchers need a specific part from the aborted fetus, Farrell says, “We bake that into our contract, and our protocol, that we follow this, so we deviate from our standard in order to do that.”
Asked specifically if this means Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast can change abortion procedures to supply intact fetal specimens, Farrell affirms, “Some of our doctors in the past have projects and they’re collecting the specimens, so they do it in a way that they get the best specimens, so I know it can happen.“
The investigators ask Farrell how she will frame a contract in which they pay a higher price for higher quality fetal body parts, and she replies, “We can work it out in the context of–obviously, the procedure itself is more complicated,” suggesting that “without having you cover the procedural cost” and paying for the abortion, the higher specimen price could be framed as “additional time, cost, administrative burden.”
Farrell finally summarizes her affiliate’s approach to fetal tissue payments: “If we alter our process, and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this. It’s all just a matter of line items.”

Farrell also indicates to the investigators over lunch that the specimen sales from her department contribute significantly to Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s overall finances: “I think everyone realizes, especially because my department contributes so much to the bottom line of our organization here, you know we’re one of the largest affiliates, our Research Department is the largest in the United States. Larger than any the other affiliates’ combined.” In a Texas Senate hearing on July 29, former Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast clinic director Abby Johnson estimated that the affiliate had previously made up to $120,000 per month off of aborted fetal tissue.
The video is the fifth by The Center for Medical Progress documenting Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted fetal parts. Project Lead David Daleiden notes: “This is now the fifth member of Planned Parenthood leadership discussing payments for aborted baby parts without any connection to actual costs of so-called tissue ‘donation.’ Planned Parenthood’s system-wide conspiracy to evade the law and make money off of aborted fetal tissue is now undeniable.” Daleiden continues, “Anyone who watches these videos knows that Planned Parenthood is engaged in barbaric practices and human rights abuses that must end. DENVER, July 30–New undercover footage shows Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains’ Vice President and Medical Director, Dr. Savita Ginde, negotiating a fetal body parts deal, agreeing multiple times to illicit pricing per body part harvested, and suggesting ways to avoid legal consequences.
Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM) is a wealthy, multi-state Planned Parenthood affiliate that does over 10,000 abortions per year. PPRM has a contract to supply aborted fetal tissue to Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
In the video, actors posing as representatives from a human biologics company meet with Ginde at the abortion-clinic headquarters of PPRM in Denver to discuss a potential partnership to harvest fetal organs. When the actors request intact fetal specimens, Ginde reveals that in PPRM’s abortion practice, “Sometimes, if we get, if someone delivers before we get to see them for a procedure, then we are intact.”
Since PPRM does not use digoxin or other feticide in its 2nd trimester procedures, any intact deliveries before an abortion are potentially born-alive infants under federal law (1 USC 8).
“We’d have to do a little bit of training with the providers or something to make sure that they don’t crush” fetal organs during 2nd trimester abortions, says Ginde, brainstorming ways to ensure the abortion doctors at PPRM provide usable fetal organs.
When the buyers ask Ginde if “compensation could be specific to the specimen?” Ginde agrees, “Okay.” Later on in the abortion clinic’s pathological laboratory, standing over an aborted fetus, Ginde responds to the buyer’s suggestion of paying per body part harvested, rather than a standard flat fee for the entire case: “I think a per-item thing works a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it.”

Ginde implies that PPRM’s lawyer, Kevin Paul, is helping the affiliate skirt under the fetal tissue law: “He’s got it figured out that he knows that even if, because we talked to him in the beginning, you know, we were like, ‘We don’t want to get called on,’ you know, ‘selling fetal parts across states.’” The buyers ask, “And you feel confident that they’re building those layers?” to which Ginde replies, “I’m confident that our Legal will make sure we’re not put in that situation.”
As the buyers and Planned Parenthood workers identify body parts from last fetus in the path lab, a Planned Parenthood medical assistant announces: “Another boy!”
The video is the latest by The Center for Medical Progress documenting Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted fetal parts. Project Lead David Daleiden notes: “Elected officials need to listen to the public outcry for an immediate moratorium on Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding while the 10 state investigations and 3 Congressional committees determine the full extent of Planned Parenthood’s sale of baby parts.” Daleiden continues, “Planned Parenthood’s recent call for the NIH to convene an expert panel to ‘study’ fetal experimentation is absurd after suggestions from Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Ginde that ‘research’ can be used as a catch-all to cover-up baby parts sales. LOS ANGELES, July 21—A second undercover video shows Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Medical Directors’ Council President, Dr. Mary Gatter, haggling over payments for intact fetal specimens and offering to use a “less crunchy technique” to get more intact body parts.
It is similar to last week’s viral video showing PPFA Senior Director of Medical Services Dr. Deborah Nucatola admitting to using partial-birth abortions to get intact parts and suggesting a price range of $30 to $100 per specimen.
Gatter is a senior official within Planned Parenthood and is President of the Medical Directors’ Council, the central committee of all Planned Parenthood affiliate medical directors.
Actors posing as buyers ask Gatter, “What would you expect for intact [fetal] tissue?”
“Well, why don’t you start by telling me what you’re used to paying!” Gatter replies.
Gatter continues: “You know, in negotiations whoever throws out the figure first is at a loss, right?” She explains, “I just don’t want to lowball,” before suggesting, “$75 a specimen.”
Gatter twice recites Planned Parenthood messaging on fetal tissue collection, “We’re not in it for the money,” and “The money is not the important thing,” but she immediately qualifies each statement with, respectively, “But what were you thinking of?” and, “But it has to be big enough that it’s worthwhile for me.”
Gatter also admits that in prior fetal tissue deals, Planned Parenthood received payment in spite of incurring no cost: “It was logistically very easy for us, we didn’t have to do anything. So there was compensation for this.” She accepts a higher price of $100 per specimen understanding that it will be only for high-quality fetal organs: “Now, this is for tissue that you actually take, not just tissue that someone volunteers and you can’t find anything, right?”
By the lunch’s end, Gatter suggests $100 per specimen is not enough and concludes, “Let me just figure out what others are getting, and if this is in the ballpark, then it’s fine, if it’s still low, then we can bump it up. I want a Lamborghini.”

Gatter also suggests modifying the abortion procedure to get more intact fetuses: “I wouldn’t object to asking Ian, who’s our surgeon who does the cases, to use an IPAS [manual vacuum aspirator] at that gestational age in order to increase the odds that he’s going to get an intact specimen.”

Seven State Governments have opened investigations into Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted fetal body parts, as have three Congressional Committees. The House Energy and Commerce Committee has called PPFA’s Senior Director of Medical Services to testify this month about the organization’s fetal tissue harvesting.

LOS ANGELES, July 14—New undercover footage shows Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, describing how Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted fetuses, and admitting she uses partial-birth abortions to supply intact body parts.
In the video, Nucatola is at a business lunch with actors posing as buyers from a human biologics company. As head of PPFA’s Medical Services department, Nucatola has overseen medical practice at all Planned Parenthood locations since 2009. She also trains new Planned Parenthood abortion doctors and performs abortions herself at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles up to 24 weeks.
The buyers ask Nucatola, “How much of a difference can that actually make, if you know kind of what’s expected, or what we need?”
“It makes a huge difference,” Nucatola replies. “I’d say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps. The kind of rate-limiting step of the procedure is calvarium. Calvarium—the head—is basically the biggest part.”
Nucatola explains, “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
“And with the calvarium, in general, some people will actually try to change the presentation so that it’s not vertex,” she continues. “So if you do it starting from the breech presentation, there’s dilation that happens as the case goes on, and often, the last step, you can evacuate an intact calvarium at the end.”
Using ultrasound guidance to manipulate the fetus from vertex to breech orientation before intact extraction is the hallmark of the illegal partial-birth abortion procedure (18 U.S.C. 1531).
Nucatola also reveals that Planned Parenthood’s national office is concerned about their liability for the sale of fetal parts: “At the national office, we have a Litigation and Law Department which just really doesn’t want us to be the middle people for this issue right now,” she says. “But I will tell you that behind closed doors these conversations are happening with the affiliates.”
The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).
A separate clip shows Planned Parenthood President and CEO Cecile Richards praising Nucatola’s work to facilitate connections for fetal tissue collection. “Oh good,” Richards says when told about Nucatola’s support for fetal tissue collection at Planned Parenthood, “Great. She’s amazing.”
The video is the first by The Center for Medical Progress in its “Human Capital” series, a nearly 3-year-long investigative journalism study of Planned Parenthood’s illegal trafficking of aborted fetal parts. Project Lead David Daleiden notes: “Planned Parenthood’s criminal conspiracy to make money off of aborted baby parts reaches to the very highest levels of their organization. Elected officials must listen to the public outcry for Planned Parenthood to be held accountable to the law and for our tax dollars to stop underwriting this barbaric abortion business.”

To answer the question of why we are happy, we say that we could happily die at any moment. In fact, we long to go home and be with our Lord. However, we know that each one of us has a mission and purpose revealed to us by the Holy Spirit after our born-again experience. For the sake of fulfilling that mission, we remain joyful and relaxed in the spirit, knowing that we are called to save people by preaching the Gospel and bringing them to Jesus. To be born again, you just need to say: Lord Jesus, I accept you as my personal savior, Come to my heart, Forgive my sins, Wash me away, Make me a new person, And live inside of me.
