In the Benghazi scandal: at the Congressional Benghazi hearings, it was Patrick testifying Clinton did no wrong, that the State department did no wrong. Despite his direct oversight of the installations and people targeted in Benghazi, he testified before the intelligence community that the state department did nothing wrong.
But whistleblowers later came out to reveal that was not true. They revealed that Washington didn’t protect them despite they reported an attack and despite that, it was September 11, a date that the Obama administration should have been ready for any possible retaliation attack. Everybody in the mission in Libya reported an attack on the embassy but Obama’s crisis manager, Susan Rice on Sept. 16 – five days after the attack –as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nation appeared on the Sunday show and confidently announced that the strike began “spontaneously” out of protests due to a hateful video and then became violent. 3 whistleblowers; Mark Thompson, acting deputy assistant Secretary of State for counterterrorism; Greg Hicks, former deputy chief of mission in Libya; and Eric Nordstrom, a former regional security officer in Libya testified before the Congress where they were all consistent that while the embassy was attacked by terrorists and they reported an attack, they received no protection from the State Department. Documents published by the WikiLeaks revealed that in 2012, It was Kennedy who hand-picked the members of the State department’s internal Accountability Review Board that didn’t find any senior official guilty for any wrongdoing in the run-up to Benghazi.
The Review Board chosen by Kennedy decided there is no need to interview Hillary Clinton about her role in Benghazi. She was the Secretary of State and she did not need to be interviewed.
Clinton’s staff scrubbed the records off the pile before turning them over to Congress. It was Ray Maxwell’s shocking testimony that confirmed the WikiLeaks. Raymond Maxwell was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, covering Libya. Soon after Ambassador Chris Stevens and others were killed in Benghazi, Maxwell participated in a secret Sunday session where Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan oversaw a document review to “pull out anything that might put anybody in the front office or the seventh floor in a bad light”. “Seventh floor” is slang for the Secretary of State. The Sullivan email was the same damning Sullivan email that Kennedy put in B5 Category to hide it from both Congress and the public.
Chris Stevens ended up dying because State and the White House sent American troops to train Libyan militias instead of providing effective security cover for its consulate in Benghazi. And here when Hillary Clinton got pressed, comes her infamous reply, “What difference at this point does it make?”
So Pat Kennedy cleanses the embassy and the documents through Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan silencing whistleblowers, while Susan Rice becomes the voice of the embassy covering up the murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens and the rest of the cure to make Hillary look good for the election.
Child trafficking cases during Hillary’s office. Patrick Kennedy was Hillary’s fixer in all child trafficking scandals busted during her public office as the Secretary of State.
Number 1-The first scandal was former American Ambassador to Belgium Howard Gutman. Gutman who raised $775,000 for Obama’s presidential campaign in 2008, solicited “sexual favors from both prostitutes and minor children.” Howard Gutman and members of Clinton’s security detail were also accused of hiring prostitutes. As reported by S.A. Miller and Geoff Earle of the New York Post, instead of throwing Gutman in jail as a sexual predator, Hillary’s deputy, Under Secretary of State Patrick Kennedy, ordered the IG investigation ceased, and the ambassador remains in place until he departs from the ambassadorship on July 23, 2013. While the news was all over the European media, the American mainstream media had no interest in the report. The Newyork times published a few headlines but pulled them off with no explanation. Perhaps we know why as the CEO of the NY times was close to Jimmy Savile in the UK BBC child trafficking scandal. Howard Gutman’s investigation was seized with no reason but It was the WikiLeaks who published the internal memo prepared by the State Department Inspector General in October 2013, revealing the bombshell that it was Patrick Kennedy, Hillary’s fixer who personally called off the investigation.
2-Laura Silsby (Gayler)
Laura Silsby was director of the New Life Children’s Refuge (NLCR), a Nonprofit Government Organization run by individuals pretending to be Christian missionaries that attempted to settle in the Dominican Republic. Silsby claims they tried to set up an orphanage, but Dominican officials claim such an application was never submitted. The New Life Children’s Refuge then moved its operations to Haiti.
In January 2010, an earthquake in Haiti left hundreds of thousands of people homeless.
Interestingly, just three weeks after the earthquake, Haitian authorities arrested a group of so-called missionaries for attempting to cross the border into the Dominican Republic with 33 children without papers or proper authorization. Consider the timing. They must have initiated their operation immediately after the earthquake to be able to smuggle the 33 children just 3 weeks after the earthquake. According to police investigations, none of the children were orphans and that they were kidnapped by the so-called missionaries to smuggle them internationally. Despite evidence of association with child traffickers, the Haitian justice system is almost all appointees under the influence of the Clintons and their selected nominees. Bill Clinton, as the UN representative in the Haiti quake response, actively lobbied for the release of Silsby’s 10-member American team and By Patrick Kennedy’s order, the Haitian DOJ decided that none of the missionaries were guilty of illegal activities, except the leader Laura Silsby, but even her was not charged by child trafficking but faced only the charge of organizing illegal travel.
A Harvard Law School Journal article titled Owning Laura Silsby’s Shame claims that getting Silsby off the hook was one of the first things Clinton did after arriving on the scene in Haiti.
Not yet enough, the shame goes on as the attorney who represented Silsby in court according to the Haitian prosecution, Jorge Puello (aka Torres-Orellana) was not a lawyer as claimed but instead a wanted criminal in El Salvador and Costa Rica on charges of international trafficking of women and underage girls for prostitution.
On February 1, 2010, Puello in his interview with Host Greta van Susteren on Fox News, replying VAN SUSTEREN’squestion asking: “Where did they find these 33 children?” said:
PUELLO: There was an orphanage that collapsed in Haiti. It was called Friends of the Orphans of Haiti. And there was somebody over there that told them that the orphans had no place, no room to place them.”
So Silsby from New Life Children’s Refuge steals children from another orphanage named Friends of the Orphans of Haiti which is still operative in 2020, and who is on the board of this Orphanage? Max Maccoby is a board member of Friends of the Orphans but the bombshell is here: Dr. Michael Maccoby, Max’s father is the father of Izette Folger, a very close friend to James Alefantis, owner of Comet ping pong, the center of pizzagate.
There is no chance that the connection between the Haiti orphanage and Comet ping pong is coincidental. As a lawyer, Max Maccoby represented James Alefantis and his lover and founder of the finger-pointing fact-checking Media Matters; David Brock for an $850,000 blackmail case.
But it was the Wikileaks Bombshell that Revealed all the above information: that the Silsby child trafficking scandal was operating under direct Hillary’s watch. The File: Clinton emails show that 1-according to WikiLeaks email 3704 “The Organization was Literally Pricing How Much It Costs to Traffick Children”. 2-that Huma Abedin was constantly sending emails to Hillary on this missionary women’s organization putting her in the current of the events.3- that when Hillary took off the scandal in Haiti, the first thing she did was taking Silsby off the hook 4- Silsby’s lawyer is a convicted child trafficker himself. All was the work of the WikiLeaks including That it was Patrick Kennedy to fix all the above. He was the man behind rescuing child kidnapper Laura Silsby.
But what happened to child stealer Lura Silsby aka Gayler after getting off the hook by the Clintons? Do you know this woman? Laura…? Interesting world isn’t it? The Clintons are still out and their people have the chance to work in a new place and guess what, AlertSense? Laura Gayler as of late November 2016 was on the executive committee of Idaho-based AlertSense, which issues Amber alerts to emergency and state agencies but soon after researches found her, her presence was scrubbed from the private-company website on orders from the Obama administration.
Kennedy was furious about the WikiLeaks. He had to walk after its revelations and fix the scandals one after the other. At the same time, he had to constantly fix State’s internal report to fight the Wikileaks’ damage and identify people at risk whom their names may appear in the State Department cables online. So, what was the cure to this overwhelming cancer? that the Under Secretary of state Patrick Kennedy was announced as the one in charge of running interference on Capitol Hill regarding the Clinton email controversy. That means, the people damaged by the emails became in charge of the emails overseen committee. Where was the DOJ at the time as well as later? How come this conflict of interest didn’t nullify Kennedy’s set of partisan actions?
The first thing he did as the man in charge, was to whitewashing the email scandal and getting rid of whatever may jump out of those horrific emails once and for all. He first removed 2 very damning emails. Kennedy reportedly visited lawmakers in July and argued that the Huma Abedin email along with another one sent in 2012 by another Clinton aide, Jake Sullivan, were not classified. He argued that the information in the emails was already public. It means that all of a sudden the highly classified emails found on the Clinton email server were not, in fact, classified:
Given his role at the State Department, he was the most senior official below the Secretary of state, he had definitely actively or passively signed off on Hillary’s email server so there is no doubt that interesting emails with his signature on them to be subpoenaed under the freedom of information Act but after years until now in 2020, he has never been toasted about anything.
Although The Intelligence Community Inspector General Charles McCullough reported to Congress about the existence of two emails containing Top Secret material, Kennedy has boldly denied the Inspector General’s access to Hillary’s emails for fear of what they will find and since then, he declined any communications or any further access to the 30,000 e-mails.
So to draw a simple picture, what happened was this: when State released the batches of Hillary’s emails they redacted classified information and used the freedom of information act code to show as a reason. The problem with this release was that the monumental volume of the classified information extremely mishandled by the Clinton state department was so embarrassing that the cover-up would look like forcing an elephant to pass through the needle’s eye, so what did they do? They enlarged the eye of the needle so the elephant could pass. They changed the classified category to b(5), a category that shields the content not only from Congress but from the public. A deliberate effort to hide the true extent of classified information on Hillary’s server. FOIA exemption b(5) is for ‘deliberative’ materials that protect draft correspondences and internal agency debates from disclosure as they are internal deliberations by the Executive Branch. Such discussions are exempt from public release. In the blink of an eye, top-secret highly classified material was not only protected from disclosure but it was also kept from being acknowledged as classified. Who controls the state’s FOIA process? The answer is Patrick Kennedy. But how did his fingerprints came to light? It was the WikiLeaks. Both Hillary’s emails and the Benghazi attack investigations, despite the epic conflict of interest, remained under the authority of Patrick Kennedy.
According to the FBI, to declassify an email from Hillary Clinton’s private server, Kennedy exchanged a “quid pro quo” of placing more agents in certain countries but the same FBI stated that the email’s classification status was remained unchanged and denied quid pro quo accusations but the WikiLeaks also proves this one to be a lie.
In one of Hillary’s emails, there is an interesting exchange between Philippe Reigns, Hillary’s snake-tongue aid, and Patrick Kennedy regarding Darrell Issa, Chair of the House Oversight Committee which talks about something like a retaliation operation.
But what were they referring to in the email?
Hickes: “I never reported a demonstration; I reported an attack on the consulate,” Stevens’ “last report, if you want to say his final report, is, ‘Greg, we are under attack.’”

According to an article on the USA today, a list of investigations pulled off by Patrick Kennedy, suggested by Darrell Issa, Chair of the House Oversight Committee are as follows. Pay attention; Darrell Issa was not an ordinary Senator but the Chair of the House Oversight Committee
“Among the allegations uncovered by the OIG but kept from Congress:
•The U.S. ambassador to Belgium “routinely ditched his protective security detail in order to solicit sexual favors from both prostitutes and minor children.” CBS News identified the ambassador as Howard Gutman, who called the accusations “baseless.” State Department Undersecretary for Management Patrick Kennedy ordered an end to the investigation.
•Clinton’s chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, allegedly interceded in an investigation by the Diplomatic Security Service into an affair between then-Iraq ambassador-designate Brett McGurk and Wall Street Journal reporter Gina Chon.
•State’s former regional security officer in Beirut, Chuck Lisenbee, allegedly sexually assaulted guards and was accused of similar assaults in Baghdad, Khartoum, and Monrovia. Justine Sincavage, then-director of Diplomatic Security Service, called the allegations a “witch hunt” and gave agents “only three days” to investigate, and no charges were brought, according to the memo.
•Three members of Clinton’s security detail admitted to hiring prostitutes while on foreign trips and were given suspensions of one day. An investigator for the Diplomatic Security Service subsequently launched an investigation into similar allegations against four other members of Clinton’s security detail but was ordered by Kimber Davidson, chief of the special investigations division, and Rob Kelty, his deputy, to shut down the investigation, the memo says.
•The Diplomatic Security Service said William Brownfield, assistant secretary of State for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, “gave the impression” that a probe of the shooting deaths of four Hondurans involving the Drug Enforcement Administration should not be pursued. The case remained open when the memo was written, as the DEA would not cooperate.
•Diplomatic security agents learned that James Combs, a senior diplomatic security agent in Baghdad, was having an extramarital affair with a subordinate and had numerous affairs with men over a 30-year span without the knowledge of his wife. This presented “counterintelligence concerns,” but the investigation never reached a conclusion.
•A security contractor in Baghdad died of an overdose of methadone, which he was taking to counteract an addiction to the painkiller oxycodone. An underground drug ring may have been supplying the drugs, but State’s regional security officer did not allow a special investigations agent to pursue that possibility, the memo says.
•In Miami, agents investigating a car accident by diplomatic security agent Evelyn Kittinger learned that she had been claiming full pay for several years “but had actually only worked very few hours,” according to the memo. State Department supervisors told the investigator to advise her to resign to avoid facing criminal charges and a major fine.
Issa said the documents suggest that senior department officials exercised improper influence over criminal investigations and tried to hide the fact from Congress.
“If, in fact, the OIG limited the disclosure of inappropriate or potentially criminal behavior to Congress and the public because senior State Department officials were concerned about releasing damaging or embarrassing information, this raises serious concerns about the independence and professionalism of your office,” Issa said.

But this was not all. Jeffrey Epstein and Anthony Weiner cases both have happened during Hillary Clinton’s State office. Both Epstein and Weiner were convicted. Both happened to be jailed. Weiner was the husband to Hillary’s first senior advisor while Epstein was Bill’s closest friend. Epstein is dead and Weiner is spending his time but while these two cases were breaking news due to the severity of involving Hillary Clinton and her State Department, none of the cases have come to light, none of the names were revealed and nobody including the entire Clinton staff was charged or investigated. The reason is again Patrick Kennedy. He let charges go away before the shift of power in the White House. So the Trump administration inherited memos and documents which are already scrubbed. However as the DOJ is at war with us and with the President no matter who sits upon it, Jeff Sessions and Bill Barr didn’t seem to bother and investigate the redacted files and memos.
Patrick Kennedy is out. Hillary Clinton is out. All criminals are out. Instead, our people went to jail one after another. The only agency which is after Hillary’s emails is Judicial watch and not the DOJ. An eight-year stonewall and an assault on the Freedom of Information Act are still going on. Corrupt and secretive players throw legal obstacles in the way of transparency and accountability.
