I have received an email from Germany. The very kind sender of this email was very concerned about a mask-wearing mandate that features a blacked-eye panda wearing a mask. The text on the mandate, as this kind friend has translated means “Mandatory mask-wearing is no laughing matter!”
I asked him if a panda means something special for children in Germany and he says no.
I am not sure if this ad can mean something but I am not sure if it cannot either. My friend had the same though. Why not a dog or a cat or whatever animal but a panda. While the rest of the animals (except rabbit) mostly do not convey a sexual meaning, it is not clear why a government should choose a panda.
I insist that I have no idea about these pictures but I thought to publish them. Maybe something somewhere else can open the pandora box or there may be no pandora box at all. However, I add them here. Below is parts of my friend’s emails that I received. Of course with his consent.

I was informed and made inquiries myself, after being highly alarmed about the fact, that this is a symbol, the “panda with the dark eyes”, used by paedophiles and satanic persons, openly taunting the citizens and their sacrifices!

… why they choose just a panda – at least, I don’t know it exactly, but I know, the reason for choosing a panda could be the reason i mentioned before.
